Forthcoming PFAS Regional Analysis Phase I RFP

This is an Advance Notice that the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) intends to issue a solicitation in the first quarter of 2022 for Phase I of a PFAS Regional Analysis for the Santa Ana River Watershed. The purpose of Phase I is to perform PFAS data collection and review of predictive PFAS models for the fate and transport of PFAS in surface flows of the Santa Ana River Watershed above Prado Dam. This announcement includes information on previously prepared Santa Ana River Watershed Predictive Water Quality Models, which may be considered as part of a PFAS Regional Analysis Predictive PFAS Model. More detailed information about these three models will be included in the forthcoming RFP. See below:

  2. 2019 Santa Ana River Wasteload Allocation Model for TDS and Nitrogen by Geoscience Support Systems for SAWPA Basin Monitoring Program Task Force
  3. 2021 Integrated Santa Ana River Model as prepared by Geoscience Support Systems for SBVMWD (NOTE: Files are large and may need a few moments to load for viewing)
